Class Description
A combination of different yoga practices, ranging from Yin, Kripalu to Ashtanga. Week-to-week we incorporate the movements that have bound us and sored our bodies over the week and come to yoga to stretch, relax and increase our range of motion to recover, yes, but to find balance in our hectic and powerful lives.
